I have always loved running, but started running marathons in 2008, I havent had any training(at that distance) and have struggled to get a good time. I also have been running with some slower groups, which doesnt help. my fastest marathon is 4:36, I know its not impressive, but I am commited to 3:10 this year. I CAN DO IT!!!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I aim to be in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionaly. I want to compete more, 5K, 10K, half and full marathons.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I really want to keep my self in shape and exercised, maintain a good cardio work out.
We did the airport run, the back side of it anyway. I felt good, the incline is still wasting me, I just need to it more I guess. This is my last run for a little while, I am getting my tonsils out and need to recover. Wish me luck
