I have always loved running, but started running marathons in 2008, I havent had any training(at that distance) and have struggled to get a good time. I also have been running with some slower groups, which doesnt help. my fastest marathon is 4:36, I know its not impressive, but I am commited to 3:10 this year. I CAN DO IT!!!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I aim to be in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionaly. I want to compete more, 5K, 10K, half and full marathons.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I really want to keep my self in shape and exercised, maintain a good cardio work out.
still dealing with sleep issues, but I felt good once I was out and running. busted thru 6 with an easy pace since Im doing 13-15 tomorrow with Paul. wish me luck.

Good job getting in the runs on no sleep. That would be hard. Good luck on your long run tomorrow. The mornings have been nice so that helps:)
