I have always loved running, but started running marathons in 2008, I havent had any training(at that distance) and have struggled to get a good time. I also have been running with some slower groups, which doesnt help. my fastest marathon is 4:36, I know its not impressive, but I am commited to 3:10 this year. I CAN DO IT!!!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I aim to be in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionaly. I want to compete more, 5K, 10K, half and full marathons.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I really want to keep my self in shape and exercised, maintain a good cardio work out.
easy slow pace with Harmer and Duckett, some road, some gravel running, its good to change it up alittle. felt good and wanted to go faster, but paced myself.
