This is horrible. Im working nights now and get off at 0100 hours, the best time to run is around 5-6. I got home at 0300 last night and was still able to get up and thrust thru 4 miles at 6am. I ate something bad and my stomach was really acidy. My body is going to take some getting used to this lack of sleep. I totally missed yesterday all together, NOT GOOD. Im committed and will go without a little sleep to prepare. |
